Cholera claims 400 lives

Zimbabwean woes continue as the cholera outbreak claims more lives and more people are at risk. The government has failed to curtail the disease which under normal circumstances can be prevented and cured. On the political front, exchanges between the MDC-T and Thabo Mbeki, the facilitator and former President of South Africa made headlines as the MDC-T were infuriated by Mbeki's letter and are now calling for him to be removed as mediator. However, negotiations on the amendment number 19 were concluded successfully and the draft now awaits public scrutiny and parliamentary two thirds majority approval.
