Because of Zimbabwe’s Independence Day Zimbabwe Watch coordinator Hugo Knoppert was interviewed on national radio in channel one’s programma ‘Still Awake.’

As of 2 April 2012 Zimbabwe Watch member Niza has changed its name into ActionAid. After five years of working closely together Niza has now officially joined the international ActionAid Federation.

In the first week of 2012 Zimbabwe Watch coordinator Hugo looked ahead with McDonald Lewanika, coordinator of the Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition (a coalition of Zimbabwean civil society organisations that strive for a democratic Zimbabwe, ed).
