Zimbabwean Delegation in Europe

A delegation of prominent Zimbabwean civil society leaders will visit several European countries, marking the second anniversary of the Global Political Agreement. This European lobby tour is organized by the Zimbabwe Europe Network and the delegation will visit the UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Norway.

On of the main events is a meeting in the European Parliament where the delegation will discuss the current situation in Zimbabwe with several Members of Parliament. In the UK some of them will meet the Minister of Development.

(Director Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights) en McDonald Lewanika (Coordinator Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition) will visit The Netherlands as part of tour. They will take part in the International Day of Democracy, meet members of Zimbabwe Watch, MPs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
