GNU "a Circus"

The Governement of National Unity is now about three weeks old. A stocktake of the perfomance and cohesion leaves much to be desired.Prominent activist and NCA chairman,Dr Lovemore Madhuku has dismissed it as a circus.The MDC T formation has called for a national council meeting to discuss and review progress especially the issues of Mugabe's unilateral appointments to senior government position. Mugabe on the other hand refuses to budge and says his decision is final. Political detainees continue to languish in prison and the humanitarian situation is no better although SADC, UN and other international organisations have promised to weigh in with assistance.
