GNU Still Far

Zimbabweans should expect a functional government of national unity in two months, said Morgan Tsvangirai in Germany. The negotiators are meeting in Pretoria this week to discuss the draft Constitutional Amendment number 19, but there is speculation that MDC-T might boycott the meeting claiming that the document sent to Mbeki is a ZANU PF draft and they have their own. Tsvangirai is on a European tour to weigh support for the GNU whilst canvasing for immediate humanitarian assistance. Meanwhile , the Zimbabwean de-facto government denied the elders entry to Zimbabwe amid allegations that there is a major cover up of the cholera outbreak and the urgent need for humanitarian assistance.
