Still worlds apart!

Three weeks after agreeing on a power sharing deal, Zimbabwe's major political parties are still worlds apart in terms of agreeing on how they will work together and how cabinet posts will be shared in particular. Reports reveal that, ZANU PF is insisting on holding on to the key ministries of Finance, Home Affairs, Foreign Affairs and Information. However negotiations are still on course with regards to how the ministries are to be shared. Meanwhile, the economy continues to crumble drastically with inflation reaching a record 231 million % and millions of people facing starvation. Teachers have called for examinations to be scrapped this year as students have hardly learnt anything due to strikes, election breaks and general suffering.
